My heart is full knowing that you are here.

Let me tell you a little about me.

I've been highly sensitive and empathic all of my life. I just never realized it. It was not recognized as a "good" thing as I grew up. I learned early on that being like everyone else would help things go smoother. So, I began to use those innate traits of empathy and observation and intuition to read people, feel what they were feeling, identify what they wanted from me and become a person they would be comfortable being around.

After decades of trying it every way but the way that was best for me - I realized I needed to figure out who I was and identify my soul purpose.

I began to confront my codependent patterns and slowly changed my thoughts and beliefs.

I was introduced to the world of the empath and the Emotion Code.

I healed my migraines, first, through emotional release methods and realized this stuff works!

I certified as an Emotion Code practitioner. I studied Body Code. I began my first business. I felt happier and more in sync with something deep inside. I was healing!

But the universe had more in store for me and soon I was tapping into the metaphysical world. There were ancestral and generational traumas that needed to be addressed. There were spirits that needed help crossing over and ancestors that needed healing.

And just when I thought I had figured it out, the universe said, "One more time!" and I became aware of how our souls can be lost, damaged, repressed, and suppressed. Even parts of mine still needed healing, greater connection, and wholeness!

And so now I am fluent in Soul Retrieval, Soul Alignment, Divine Blueprints & Gifts, and Akashic Records.

It's been a ride! But I am so happy to be here!
